Return/Shipping Policy

Full-priced items purchased on Shopcowboybride.com are eligible for a return provided that they are returned within 14 days of the item's delivery date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached. 

Handbags must be returend in its original box with any dust bags, cards, and packaging intact within 14 days of the item's delivery date. 

Following the inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. 

Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of shopcowboybride.com. Items thata are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case by case basis, which may include:
1) Refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or
2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning or repair.
  • We accept returns on clothing shipped back within 14 days of delivery receipt.
  • Returns shipped after 14 days of delivery receipt will not be accepted.
  • Handbags are required to be shipped back within 14 days of delivery receipt.
  • Returns shipped after 14 days of delivery receipt will not be accepted.
  • Due to Hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns on jewelry.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. 
  • A $12 return fee will be applied to all returns which will be deducted from your refund. 
  • All items must be shipped using the return label provided by us. Returns sent using any other shipping method may not be accepted or processed.
  • Please allow 7-10 days for us to process your return. (This will be dependent on your bank)
  • PLEASE NOTE: we do not do price adjustments on items previously purchased at full price. If an item is purchased on sale and the price drops during the sale time we are unable to do a price adjustment.
  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. Please note that order processing time during a sale can take 2-3 days.
    All Sample sale gowns are final sale. Not exceptions.
